• What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

    I know life happens, things come up, and kids get sick. It’s part of being human. If you need to cancel last minute (24 hours before your appointment), I will need to charge your card 100% of the cost of service. A reminder email and text are both sent to you 24 hours before your session. With that being said, if I can fill the appointment from my wait list, I will NOT charge you for the last minute cancellation.

    I am honored to have the mutual respect of my clients as if things come up in my life, I will honor this same policy. Exceptions being weather, like snow in winter, and other emergency circumstances.
